How do you use the utensil attachment?

The utensil attachment comes off the plate with force. Is there another way to make it more secure?

Is your plate and utensil attachment safe for young children?
Yes, it is safe. Our plate and utenstil attachment is made with high-quality 100% food grade silicone, is free of BPA, and harmful toxins. The clip on the utensil attachment is made from nylon (nylon66 to be exact). It is safe and commonly used in the food industry and various baby products due to its strength, heat resistance, and non-toxic properties. Both our plate and utensil attachment conforms to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) standards and is designed to endure daily use to grow with your child.
Can I put the plate and utensil attachment in the microwave to warm up food?
Yes, you can. Although, it's prefered to just put the plate in the microwave.
Is the plate and utensil attachment dishwasher safe?
Yes. It's best to have the plate and utensil attachment on the top rack. Also, make sure the utensil attachment is firmly placed in a spot in the dishwasher where it's less likely to move around.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the order number and details of your purchase. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. You may also contact us.
How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?
United States: 2-5 business days estimated delivery.
USPS is our primary method of delivery service.
Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period which can be tracked here.
Please note, we require 1-2 business days to process orders. We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it may take longer.
My order has been dispatched, can I track it?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 3 days for shipping activity to update.

Can I return my items?

Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately.

What are your rules on discount and coupon codes?
Discount and coupons codes apply to in-stock items only.
They do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees.
Only one discount or coupon code can be applied per order.
How do I shop now and pay later?
In the checkout page, go to the Payment option. Click on the drop down menu and choose the option to pay in installments. This program is with Shopfiy who partners up with Affirm.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $50.
